Thanks again for all your help. I needed this more than you know - it is such an emotional high - to have energy, to see weight come off, my body begin to look tone. Two people at work told me yesterday that I look slimmer. We were not even talking about exercise or dieting - just out of the blue - Cool! I know I have a ways to go, but that was a great boost.

Hi Renee;
  I love your class & I am finally seeing my stomach flatten !!  The early morning works out great for me and I have energy all day after words. I love feeling healthy again and not so tired all the time. It also feels good to have the "pains" of a good workout. I will be signing up for January without a doubt.

Ulm's big man, seven foot center Big Mike Niebling made a tremendous commitment to himself this offseason with hardwork and self discipline.  Ulm fitness coach Renee Porada guided the Danish big man with workout schemes and nutritional advice and Big Mike went to work.  While many players took the summer off, Big Mike changed his body dropping 22kg  and making himself stronger last offseason.  Niebling immediately saw benefits  --- the center earned a roster spot on the Danish National team this fall.  Ulm will see the benefits throughout the season as Big Mike has improved mobility, strength and renewed confidence in his game.  Showing flashes of his ability last season, Niebling scored 14 pts with 5 rebounds in Ulm's win over Ehingen Feb. 28, 2004.  Although Niebling is 7' tall, he possesses outstanding hand skills.  Big Mike is a terrific three point shooter and an excellent passer from the perimeter making him a difficult matchup for opponents.  Ulm fans will see a new player in Michael Niebling this season and Big Mike will be a factor in Ulm's success on the floor!   (Coach Taylor's 2004-2005 Ulm Season Preview)

Just wanted to thank you for the great job you do at boot camp.  I can't thank you enough for the changes you helped make in me...inside and out.  I do push myself but it is so nice sometimes to have someone else pushing me too!  Keep up the great work....I LOVE IT!   Terry   4-08

Renee,   I just wanted to say thank you.  So often I start something, hurt or don't see immediate results, and QUIT! :(  With your personality, motivation, knowledge, and push, I am feeling great.  Yes, I hurt, but in a "I feel good that I hurt" way.   My daughters and husband are noticing results that I am not yet seeing on a scale, but they say they see it in my belly.  I'm also following Weight Watchers, so hopefully that will continue to help as well.   I'm also achieving little personal goals each day with physical activity.  I absolutely HATE the running, but I am doing it.  Even on Sunday I went for a walk with my sisters-in-law and I encouraged us to run short spurts.   All in all, thank you.  See you on Wednesday!   Alicia  1-08

Thanks for the information. It is very helpful.  I have enjoyed the bootcamp.  I was not sure about the early morning class. It is has worked out great.  Thanks for taking the time to be there for us. You are great trainer. Good luck with everything else in your life. We will keep you in our prayers.
